Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at FrostBuddy. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at paulineelaina38@gmail.com.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, holiday seasons, or severe weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via the link provided in the email.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
FrostBuddy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at paulineelaina38@gmail.com.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damaged items so we can assist you with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
